Teacher Observer

      As the formal head of  my school 0verseeing  the Social Studies teacher observation unit,   I visited all of the other 29 teachers in my department, viewed their classes and then offered informal constructive criticism as to how changes might be made to improve the efficacy of student learning.  This is a key element of furthering  the instructional process today, as via the controversial common core and Danielson methods.
